Tonight’s Features Saturday, July 10, 2010

Tonight we are proudly serving a ten ounce NY Strip from Hickory Nut Gap Farm! It will be served with a baby spinach panzanella tossed in a sherry-Dijon vinaigrette.

Also tonight we have fresh California Seabass topped with a traditional Perivian “Chorrillana” sauce with caramelized onions, tomatoes, green chilies and fresh lime.

Tonight’s ceviche is shrimp, scallops, and corvina with tomato and avocado.
