Today’s daily lunch feature is Meatloaf! Inspired by my Mother’s recipe… Local ground beef and pork sausage, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, fresh parsley and sage. Topped with a tomato-molasses glaze and served with mashed Yukons and local collards…. Mmmmmm!!!

Wednesday Night Features!

Tonight we have some killer wings! These wings are marinated in a maple syrup and balsamic vinegar with crushed red pepper, garlic and Italian herbs. Saturday Night Specials!

Tonight we have Chilean Sea Bass rubbed with chermoula. Chermoula is, simply put, a “Moroccan Pesto” made with coriander, cumin, preserved lemon, cilantro, ginger, paprika and chilis.
