Pecan encrusted Alaskan Halibut w/ fresh fennel and spinach salad with grapefruit and couscous. Pomegranate vinaigrette. New Zealand free range lamb chops rubbed with garden rosemary. Summertime Flavors!

It’s Saturday Night! July 31, 2010

Well tonight I’m preparing my favorite fish… Wild Alaskan Halibut! Pan-seared then lightly dusted with chopped pistachios, drizzled with a champagne-citrus beurre blanc.
